Meredith Kasun
Founder and COO
Meredith Kasun is a mother of three children who was raised and now lives in Monmouth County, New Jersey. After graduating with a degree in Business Management, she built a career in the fashion industry as an excess inventory sales manager for Maidenform and Warnaco in New York City.

Meredith left the fashion industry after the birth of her first son to focus on raising her family. During that time, she leveraged her aptitude, organization and management, and entrepreneurship skills to launch multiple small businesses (in addition to chasing around after the kids), including a professional organizing company that specialized in helping those who need assistance due to lifestyle-changing events, such as the loss of a spouse, illness, divorce, or relocation. Meredith also volunteers as a grief counselor for those who have experienced family loss, and volunteers for local organizations, such as Holiday Express.

Meredith's love for live music and the development of emerging artists (she considers herself a "Mother of Musicians (MOM)") led her to partner with Todd Wright in forming HalfKing Music.

Ethan Mentzer
Songwriting Mentor and Producer
Ethan Mentzer is a composer, multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and mixing engineer. He graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2004 with a Bachelor of Music Degree and formed the band The Click Five, signing with Lava/Atlantic records that same year. After cutting his teeth touring worldwide and performing at Madison Square Garden, Wembley Arena, and the first ever rock concert at Angkor Wat Temple, as well as recording and mentoring with legendary producer Mike Denneen, Mentzer began composing for films, TV and theatre such as: Bigger Fatter Liar, Ginny & Georgia, John Tucker Must Die, KOAL, Power Rangers, The Shaggy Dog, Shameless, Sky High, and Vampire Diaries. His songwriting and production credits include: an RIAA Certified Gold Record “Horns” (141 million streams) performed by Bryce Fox, a Gold Record for The Click Five, Lindsey Lohan, Atomic Tom, Nina Lee and Ryan Wright.
Emotion, storytelling and uniqueness are the driving forces behind Mentzer’s creative vision, whether composing to help define the narrative and characters in film, TV or theatre; writing songs for artists to perform in their own voice; or mixing a record to make it compelling to the audience. His artistic approach is to identify the unique needs of each project with the common goal to move people by creating depth of field — bringing the emotional crux into focus while generating interest and curiosity in what lies in the background.
Mentzer has also composed branding music for Chase Bank, Chevrolet, Ford, Google, Olay, Target, Toyota and more.
